On-Line application of the HV-1000

The NCP-HV-1000 is designed to measure an extruded profile, on-line. following the cut-to-length operation. Using high speed imaging cameras, lines with speeds of up to 60 ft./minute have been outfitted with this product. Ideal for use in rubber and plastic extruded seals with a quality cut  to length operation. Every end cut is measured, providing a feedback immediately to your process.
