The HV-200 is designed for the imaging of extrusions under 1.5 inches in size. It uses high speed asynchronous camera technology to grab the picture at a calibrated distance from the camera and immediately return measurement results. The system is ideal for small extruded rubber or plastic seals. Dimensions as well as the profile image are saved to a database. The systems main screen gives you the measurement data on the right side and the actual image of the measured sample with distance lines, on the left.
